Job Overview

As a Travel RN in the Med Surg unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patients' needs are met efficiently and compassionately. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
