Key Responsibilities

As a Stepdown RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals who have been transferred from the intensive care unit (ICU) and require further monitoring and assessment. Your duties will include:

• Monitoring vital signs and managing complex medical equipment
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educating patients and families about ongoing care and post-discharge plans

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Stepdown experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
