Job Details

• Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D
• Location: Anchorage, Alaska
• Weekly Pay: Up to $2,832.05
• Contract Length: 13 weeks with potential for extension

Responsibilities

As a Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Providing care and support for women before, during, and after childbirth
• Monitoring fetal heartbeat and the length and strength of contractions during labor
• Administering medications and assisting with pain management
• Educating new mothers on postnatal care and breastfeeding techniques
• Collaborating with doctors, midwives, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
