Responsibilities
As a Travel LPN in our Long-Term Care facility, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of New York
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care or a similar setting
